State Laws Regarding Publication of Annual Statements

Please note: Effective with filing for year ending 31 December 2009, the State of Nevada no longer requires the publication of assets and liabilities.

The State of Nevada Publication Form is required for every insurance company doing business in the State of Nevada pursuant to Revised Statute 80.190.

Revised Statute 80.190 provides: Each foreign corporation doing business in this State shall, not later than the month of March of each year, publish an annual statement of its last calendar year’s business in two numbers or issues of a newspaper in this State, not later than March.
